Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your Lunease belt isn't right for you, contact us at venn.support1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at venn.support1@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, along with a photo, so we can sort it out quickly.

Exceptions
We're unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Contact us at venn.support1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post it). If more than 15 business days pass since approval with no refund, contact venn.support1@gmail.com.
