Will it actually fit me?
The strap is fully adjustable and designed to fit most waists. The soft panel itself measures 26 × 14 × 5 cm, so it covers the lower belly without feeling bulky. If it doesn't work for your body, send it back within 30 days.
Can I wear it under clothes?
That's what it's built for. It's slim and soft-touch, so under a hoodie or a loose sweater it disappears; under a fitted top you'll see a gentle line. The USB cable runs to a power bank you can tuck into the back pouch.
Is it only for period cramps?

How do I power and clean it?
It runs on USB power using the included cable. There is no built-in battery, so it needs to stay connected to a power bank, laptop or wall adapter while you use it. A power bank is not included. To clean, wipe the panel with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully. Don't submerge it or put it in the wash.
Is this a medical device?
